Meet the Attorney
Francoa
Willemse
Francoa obtained his LLB degree in 2019 and subsequently completed his LLM in Estate Law at the North West University (Potchefstroom Campus). Francoa assisted the Faculty of Law as a Supplementary Instructor and examiner for the Law of Evidence and is passionate about adding value to any individual.
Francoa completed his clerkship at HW Theron Inc. and attended Law School at the University of Pretoria. Francoa was admitted as an Attorney in 2021 and plays an active role at the Master's office through the Pretoria Attorneys Association. Francoa is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
Francoa gained valuable experience as a dedicated Deceased Estate Administrator at leading law firms specializing in deceased estate administration from 2021, where he engaged with intricate matters.
In his spare time, Francoa educates people about strokes and raises awareness through cycling events. With a passion for arts and people, Francoa also reaps the benefit of spending time with friends and family and recently took up archery as a sport.
